Code Black usually comes from an "obvious" dead body, triaged by someone on the scene, or a first responder. Cops usually get to the scene first, as they are already driving around. That's why I thought someone maybe wandered off in back, passed out and froze to death.

ReplyDeleteYes, it was a fatal shooting at The Outhouse. Conflicting reports on whether it was self inflicted or if there is a suspect.

That would explain all the sirens I heard going down 15th.
