Check Welfare on Child
East 19th- no one is answering the door, but she can see a small child and no on else. Caller has looked through all the windows and it appears the small child is the only one home.
I often want to reply, but don't. This one has me wondering what the heck? Why is this person walking around looking in all the windows of a home, just because the person didn't answer the door. Possibly, the kid is alone. However, the parents could be asleep, in the shower, whatever. Yes, I want the kid to be safe, but it's creepy that they walked around a whole house looking in windows.
ya know, I was kinda thinking the same thing...I mean, just because the parents aren't visible doesn't mean their not within earshot. I thought it was kind of creepy too.
