Structure Fire

731 west 25th street, apartment complex- ceiling fan fell, were flames that were put out.

    Did I just hear the toilet was on fire as well? Or am I completely losing it?

    I heard dispatch say the caller reported the toilet was on fire too. I thought I may have been losing it too.
    Also something about the upstairs apartment being vacant? Sounds like there is more to this story.....

    I am completely confused as to what part of a toilet can catch fire. No electricity and most of the internals are submerged in water. Glad to hear I am not losing it though.
