1300 Block of Tennessee- check welfare, drunk guy walking down the street. well, at least he's not driving down the street. hope they just give him a ride and let him go to bed.
The cops caught up to him at 18th and Tennessee. He was stumbling around in the snow while the cop was ambling about trying to calm him down. My neighbor ended up giving him a ride home.
