Rumor has it that this is an elderly woman who was in a fire in an orphange when she was a little girl. She sees ghosts of dead children in the air. From what I have heard, she doesn't always require contact- but sometimes wants a phone call. often they just call out an attempt to locate and that's it.
Sad for the elder that seem to have lost it and is in need of a nursing home. But I did live in Da' Woodz 3 years ago, and there is always something conspiring there, no theroy just plain old conspercy of crimes either in planning or action. When I lived there they had a shooting at the infamous dirty dog bar up the street and closed the whole complex down untill they thought they were done looking around. I luckly wasan't home that night, but gees guys, 90% of the residents are criminals!
What is the deal with this place and "things in the air?" Why do they keep responding when the person is obviously crazy?
